January 1, 2012 marked a new high and low in my personal life; my highest weight and the lowest point in my self esteem. Now, 30 days later, I am feeling much better about myself – healthier, happier, stronger and five pounds lighter—changes made possible by healthy habits and regular Rock Star Boot Camp workouts. While I still have 15 pounds to lose (and lean muscle to build), I’m looking at the challenge with more self-assurance than ever before. Thank you for my renewed confidence, positive outlook and for helping me to get on track.
